Our village is designed primarily for children aged 1–7 years, although older children may also enjoy joining in the imaginative play.

We are a pop-up service, so we bring the village to you! We can deliver to children's parties, weddings, events, nurseries, community days and other celebrations. There is free delivery and collection within 15 miles radius of GL545TX.

Each village scene requires approximately 3m x 3m of space. The total space required will depend on how many scenes you book.

Yes! We deliver the equipment, set everything up ready for play and return afterwards to pack everything away and collect it.

Every piece of equipment, props and role play equipment is thoroughly cleaned and checked before and after every hire, ensuring your little ones can enjoy their magical role plat experience in a clean and well-presented environment.

Party bags are included in selected packages. These will be prepared according to the package you choose.

Parents and carers remain responsible for the supervision, safety and behaviour of their children at all times while using The Little Cotswold Village equipment. Our role is to deliver, set up and collect the role-play village unless a staffed session has been specifically agreed. Children should never be left unattended while using the equipment.

Our standard party hire includes 2 hours of role-play fun. We arrive beforehand to set everything up, so your Little Cotswold Village is ready for the children when the party begins. After the session, we return to pack everything away.

If you’d like the village for longer than 2 hours, extended hire may be available—just get in touch to discuss your plans.

We usually allow approximately 1 hour before your party to set up The Little Cotswold Village, and around 1 hour afterwards to pack everything away.

Please make sure we have access to the venue during these times so we can have everything ready for your little guests to enjoy.

Yes. All members of The Little Cotswold Village team are DBS checked as part of our commitment to safeguarding and creating a safe, welcoming environment for children and families.
