Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

Please notify The Little Cotswold Village as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

• More than 28 days before the event: Transfer to another available date or receive a 75% refund.

• 14-28 days before the event: Transfer to another available date or receive a 50% refund.

• Less than 14 days before the event: Transfer to another available date, subject to availability; otherwise, no refund will be given.

If The Little Cotswold Village must cancel due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, an alternative date will be offered where possible. If this is not possible, all monies paid will be refunded.

If The Little Cotswold Village has to cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to rearrange.

Parents/carers remain responsible for supervising children at all times.

A safe and suitable venue must be provided with sufficient space for the chosen village scenes. 3mx3m space is required for each village scene.

Equipment must be treated with care. Reasonable charges may be made for damage caused by misuse.

Please allow approximately 1 hour before and after the party for set-up and collection.

Delivery and collection are included within 15 miles of Guiting Power. Additional travel charges may apply outside this area and will be agreed in advance.
